Missing the hubby like crazy - so here's a late post of Friday.
Workout: 5K run/walk with sister. Took it easy so I wouldn't hurt anything before the big race day! It was a beautiful sunny day, so it was great being outside :)
baby spinach, tuna, green bell, mustard, tomato, avocado, homemade croutons, side of toasted bread.
and... time for Saturday!
