Lovely Sunday: Church, lovely husband time, tasty eats, R&R, a time to make art, molletes and a movie.

Bfast:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup muesli
  • Cinnamon
  • Chia Seeds
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Banana
  • Kashi Nuggets

Snack:


Mini-Lunch:

Baby-sized almond buttah/cinnamon/raisin sammie + its friends.

We ate 8 million orange slices!

  • 1 small whole wheat "baguette" from Whole Foods
  • Homecooked pinto beans, mashed, covering top of bread
  • Diced onion, tomato, spinach, serrano chili
  • Amazing + filling + fantastical.





Organic baby spinach, red wine vinegar, olive oil, celery, almonds + raisins
