Adios Agave!

haha... and all this time I thought agave was the innocent one. Oh, Dr.Oz...Turns out it's a whole lot like corn syrup or table sugar, just with a fancier name and loads of people raving about how natural it is. I recommended that stuff to waaay too many people, sorry folks! So... truvia or honey? or can I just stick with dates? Those guys are truly all-natural sweeteners: no syrups or crystalized pebbles there.

Pumpkin Oat Cakes!

  • half cup oats
  • half cup pumpkin puree
  • half cup flaxseed/chia/wheat germ mix
  • cinnamon
  • splashes n splashes o' rice milk

t'was a true beauty.

Yellow Yellow:

throwing the tofu stir fry inside was brilliant.

Dinner Dinner:

A pretty rad salsa over chicken, with a side of sweet potato n wheat berries galore! salsa: corn, tomato, serrano chili, lime juice, oregano, cilantro + salt.

aaaaand sleep!

  2. hey beautiful girl - don't sweat the agave thing too much. it's sugar just like anything else... meant to be used a tiny bit for what makes you happen and then for us to move on with life! i'm sure you didn't ruin anyone's healthy :)
