Kobucha + Eggplant

5:00am - alarm
5:30am - hubby asking if I slept in
5:45am - 10 minute abs, 15 min workout
hold plank for 3 sets 60 seconds w/ 30 sec. rests
hold side plank, arm raised 3x60 seconds
hold T arms, 5lbs, 3x60 seconds
hold wall sitting 3x60 seconds

6:15am - run 1.5 miles to p/u truck at mami's home
6:45am - home, get ready, eat
7:35am - work time!
12:00pm - cocoa coconut chili
6:00pm - home, hungry enough to eat my shoes
6:15pm - eat seaweed, veg, edamame
7:00pm - cook pinto bean enchiladas
8:30pm - eat a coconut lime chia square
9:00pm - be with my love bug, Edu
9:15pm - successfully write a truly boring post on blogspot :)
