Happy Friday!! I had to make this post all about the food, I just had to. A fruit smoothie (including tofu and dinosaur kale!) with a side of steel cut oats and strawberries. Sushi made last night consisting of brown rice and all the veggies in my fridge. Fruits on the side, a perfect combo of colorful veggies with lime juice and cilantro, a side of black beans from a nearby Mexican restaurant. A sweet evening including carob powder, dates, raisins, blueberries sunflower seeds, banana pieces and a crispy apple. Oh gosh, le sigh.
