Hello Saturdayyy

Happy Saturday!
Please do this: 1 frozen banana, 1 handful frozen berries, ice cubes, 1/3 cup oats, a few walnuts, 1 cup unsweetened original almond milk, 3 dates or prunes (seriously, trust me on this, they are so interchangeable! don't let others tell you that prunes are nasty!)
Dinner: pinto beans + chili powder, brown rice + carrots + broccoli + Liquid Aminos + red pepper flakes, kale + raisins + raw sunflower seeds + apple + olive oil + apple cider vinegar

Now go visit Angie Gooding's website, feel inspired, enjoy the body GOD gave you, and love food - the food that HE created. The easiest way to look at it: if God made it, eat it. If man made in most likely in a laboratory with science goggles protecting his eyes, don't eat it. Simplicity.

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?  You are not your own; you were bought at a price.  Therefore honor God with your body
1 Corinthians 6:19-20

I translate that verse to: treat your body with love, for it belongs to God. feed your body good food. and don't hate your body when you eat cake.
