3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp ground flaxseed (or oil, or chia seeds)
1 dash o' salt
Easy method: water + yeast in Kitchen Aid mixer, let sit for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, add flour as needed until dough is no longer sticky but not too dry. The end!
Baked at 425* F for 25 minutes :)
Optional: add homemade seitan sausages or sprouted tofu cubes for extra protein! I usually eat a cup of pinto beans or edamame on the side, but the hemp hearts, nutritional yeast and veggies have a great amount of protein in them as well. Enjoy!
