Enjoying family, letting the keyboard collect dust. Here's Friday in photo form!

John 16:33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.

  1. How did you make what looks like the amazing salsa next to the pizza (in the pan)??? And look at Santiago all sitting in his Bumbo type seat like a big boy! He´s beyond cute!

    1. Hiii! He isn't a fan of the seat, but I sure am - he's just a cutie sitting up on his own, I just can't get enough haha :) the sauce was a giant tomato, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, onion, fresh basil, Italian seasoning, pepper and red pepper flakes - I ran out of wheat flour completely so had to make a 100% quinoa flour crust, which I knew would be dry and crumbly... Thennnn I also realized we had no tomato purée (which I use to make pizza sauce) but only had 2 tomatoes, so I cut those into circles and covered the dough best I could, but knew it was going to be mega-dry, so the sauce on the side was back up! It ended up being a not-so-dry pizza pie, but I dipped my slices in the sauce anyway cause it was deliiiicious!
