Breakfast is so much easier these days. It consists of fruit, blended up in smoothie or diced up like so. Sometimes there are hemp hearts involved, sometimes almond butter, most times 1-3 bananas. No pressure, just fruit in my belly!
Walking is much easier these days, too. Something about not carrying your babe in the Moby Wrap for a half hour seems to help with keepin' the good ol' pelvic floor strong and my back happy. Bob Stroller, you're a champion. Rain, meet your match: a snow suit from a good friend! He fell asleep within 10 minutes of this really, really exciting rainy walk. I wuv stroller.
Counting our blessings. Thanking God for each morning, although I tend to forget to do so until after I fuss (like our 4 month old babe) about waking up when it's still dark out. Must wake up early to read bible, must wake up early to do yoga, must wake up early to do 8 minute plank workout, must wake up early to shower before our child needs me. Well, showers aren't really top priority. But, no one needs to know that.
Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. Ephesians 5:1-2
